Community Income Survey – We’re Almost There!

FBSD is close to completing an important community income survey—and we need just 46 more responses to meet the minimum threshold required to validate the results. If you have not yet responded, please return the hand-delivered survey packet that was placed on your door handle in the last week. This survey supports FBSD’s required AKART (All Known, Available, and Reasonable methods of prevention, control, and Treatment) analysis and future system planning. Funding agencies, including the Washington State Department of Ecology, use Median Household Income (MHI) and Low-and-Moderate-Income (LMI) data to determine eligibility and terms for grants and loans. Your participation directly impacts FBSD’s ability to secure affordable funding and maintain reliable, cost-effective sewer service. Thank you!!
