NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER VACANCY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to RCW 42.12.080, that there is a vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of Fisherman Bay Sewer District due to the resignation of a commissioner. It is to complete the term for Commissioner Position No. 1 through December 2025 when the position would then be up for election for a 6-year unexpired term. The two remaining Commissioners of FBSD are accepting letters of interest/resumes to serve as a Commissioner. 

The District is a sewer district operating under Title 57 RCW and serves the Fisherman Bay community on Lopez Island, WA. The District is governed by a three-member Board of Commissioners which meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. The appointed person will serve from the date of appointment until a candidate is elected for the position at the November 2025 general election.
